Stock Controller
Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

We’re seeking a meticulous and proactive Stock Controller to join our growing Supply Chain team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our inventory is accurate and well-managed, supporting critical operations like Raw Materials, Production, and Transport Planning.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and maintain daily stock accuracy (on-site and 3PL)
- Investigate stock discrepancies and identify root causes
- Liaise with Production, Transport, and Manufacturing teams for reconciliations
- Train FLT drivers on M3 warehouse transactions
- Manage food waste and disposal coordination
- Keep accurate IBC records and liaise with suppliers
- Process monthly write-offs and organise distribution orders
- Flag slow-moving or over-run stock to optimise space and reduce waste
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years’ experience in stock control or supply chain
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (M3 experience is a plus)
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
