Overview
We are supporting a new package of care in Gerrards Cross (SL9), caring for a bright and resilient 9-year-old girl who lives at home with her parents and siblings. She loves sensory play and enjoys spending time out in the community. She also likes being read to, singing nursery rhymes, playing interactive games, using her iPad/Eye Gaze, and relaxing in her sensory room. She requires 2:1 support both during the day and overnight, which includes seizure management with rescue medication and respiratory management, as well as assistance with personal care, daily living activities, and home learning. We are looking for confident, compassionate carers with excellent communication skills, experience supporting children with complex clinical needs, and the flexibility to work within a set rolling rota. You should also feel comfortable following infection control measures and supporting the family on holidays abroad. Please note: Drivers are essential, as staff will be required to use the family\'s automatic vehicle. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new care package, making a real difference in a child\'s life.
