The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager willideallyhave experience selling capital equipment or machinery within the engineering / manufacturing industry. Any experience selling automated packaging machinery would be advantageous, though not a necessity.

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role
* Willfocus on developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts for automated packaging machinery solutions across the UK.
* Maintainingmechanical engineering product and system sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
* Responsible for pre-sales technical assistance as well as providing end solution / application support for all customer needs / requirements.
* Provide after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required to customers within a variety of industries such as manufacturing, food & bev, and more.
* Field-basedcovering the UK with regular visits to customer sites. Required to be at office in Alton when not on the road.
* Liaise with various engineering departments.
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements
* Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similarwithin an industrial engineering environment.
* Experience selling capital equipment / machinery or systems
* Candidates with proven experience selling automated packaging machinery are highly encouraged to apply.
* Full clean driving license.
* Willingness to work a Hybrid mix of office based and, on the road, visiting customers.
