I’ve partnered with a super-exciting scaleup based in Hertfordshire looking for an HR Insights Research Analyst to take responsibility for translating HR data into actionable strategies that help clients drive informed decision-making. This role involves data analysis, client consulting/onboarding and delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities:
* Analyze survey data, identify key themes, and present insights to senior leaders.
* Deliver executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
* Guide leadership teams in understanding engagement trends and industry benchmarks.
* Support clients in survey design and engagement strategy development.
* Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to help managers act on insights.
* Create content on my client’s business trends and best practices.
* Represent the business at events, webinars, and conferences.
* Contribute to strategic discussions on engagement roadmaps.
* Onboarding / training new customers
* Relationship management
Skills & Experience:
âś” 1+ years in an Insight/Research role (any HR/Employee data experience would be nice to have)
âś” Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
âś” Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization is a plus.
âś” Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders
âś” Customer onboarding experience
