* Job Title/Location:Customer Service Consultant & Administrator, Epsom/WFH
* Salary:To £26,000 + bonus/overtime adds c.£1,000 - £1,500 + pension
* Office/WFH:Working week is 3-4 days office, 1-2 days WFH. Training period 100% office based
* Requirements:Customer service experience that involves telephone contact with customers in any sector
* Role Snapshot:Dealing with queries from current customers (this is not a 'sales type role), regarding mortgage and investment/savings products. 50% of the role is admin based
