We are seeking a hands-on, analytical Credit Analyst to lead a short-term project focused on reviewing and improving our end-to-end credit control processes in East Grinstead.

Description
* Map current credit control processes and workflows
* Collect performance data (e.g. DSO, overdue %, bad debt, customer segments)
* Identify pain points, system limitations, and payment behaviour trends
* Analyse the full invoice-to-cash cycle
* Identify root causes of payment delays
* Benchmark practices against industry standards
* Evaluate system/tools effectiveness (automation, reminders, reporting)
* Conduct risk assessment on high-risk customers
* Deliver a summary of findings and recommendations
* Brainstorm and co-design potential improvements (policy, process, systems)
* Present and refine recommendations with key stakeholders
* Finalise a detailed action plan and implementation roadmap
* Maybe working towards their accountancy degree
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be on short notice.
