We are proud to be partnering exclusively with this exciting business to find their next Service Delivery Technician. This role is perfect for anyone with 1st or 2nd line experience, looking to progress their skills.
The purpose of this role is to provide first and second line IT support to internal staff for all technologies, associated software and peripheral devices as well as day-to-day administration of systems and communications devices.
Responsibilities of the Service Desk Technician Role:
Provide 1st, 2nd, and occasional 3rd line IT support across hardware, software, and peripheral devices, both remotely and on-site.
Build, configure, and deploy Windows, Apple, and mobile devices using modern device management tools (e.g., Intune, JAMF, Autopilot).
Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure, escalating potential issues where necessary to maintain system performance and security.
