Day-to-day of the role:
* Teach a range of courses from Level 1 introductory qualifications to Level 3 and T-Levels in electrical installation.
* Assess, review, and record learner progress and achievements.
* Maintain accurate course and learner records.
* Embed essential employment skills into the curriculum to enhance learner employability.
* Deliver high-quality T-Level and vocational programmes, ensuring a stimulating learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* AM2 or Gold Card is a distinct advantage.
* Degree/HND or relevant professional qualifications coupled with strong industry experience.
* Teaching qualifications are desirable, or a willingness to work towards gaining these qualifications with our support.
* Recent graduates and individuals seeking a career change are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
