Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? We are looking for a proactive EHC Locality Administrator to join our dedicated team and help facilitate essential processes that ensure every child receives the right support.
Role Overview
As an EHC Locality Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our Education, Health, and Care (EHC) team, supporting the statutory assessment process and managing EHC plans. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting the EHC Officers, Caseworkers, and Locality Team Leader in overseeing assessments and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Accurately maintaining and updating records within the Capita ONE database (training provided).
3. Managing your own caseload independently, ensuring deadlines and legal obligations are met.
4. Handling queries from families, professionals, and partner organisations professionally and efficiently.
5. Providing administrative support to ensure children and young people receive the support they need to thrive.

* Proficiency in IT systems, with experience in administrative databases (training on Capita ONE will be provided).
