Responsibilities
* To assess, diagnose/ interpret and manage a shared specialist caseload of complex patients as an autonomous practitioner.
* The job will include working in a wide variety of areas - general medical, elderly care, respiratory, cardiac, renal, surgical, gastro, critical care and also will allow opportunities to work alongside other specialist clinical teams such as end of life care, dementia, dental hygienist, social work.

We are a really friendly and supportive team and have excellent multidisciplinary links across the hospital and the community. We share offices with our excellent dietetic colleagues who we enjoy working closely with. We have access to an annual PGM to link us to the wider profession across the county. We offer and implement regular management and clinical supervision across the whole of therapies, as well as weekly huddles and monthly meetings allowing for group discussions around cases and service development.
