Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist to join its clients renowned charity in Milton Keynes, dedicated to supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a purpose-built environment, collaborating with a high-performing multidisciplinary team to deliver life-changing rehabilitation and care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver advanced occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to individuals with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.
2. Lead on clinical decision-making and contribute to the development of personalised rehabilitation plans.
3. Provide supervision and mentorship to junior therapists and support staff.
4. Collaborate with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
5. Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
6. HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with a recognised qualification.
7. Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally in neurorehabilitation or complex care.
8. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
9. A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
