Salary - £27,976 PA
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive jobs using in house systems to schedule works, ensuring future appointments meet contractual Service Level Agreements
* Handle client calls and emails to log issues
* Maintain timely system updates for client and operations visibility
* Liaise with engineers to ensure they have necessary supplies
* Assist with ordering and stock management
* Review and upload compliance documents
* Monitor case workload and escalate issues to the Team Leader as needed
* Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to proactively enhance operational efficiency and customer service
About You
To come from a planning or scheduling background.
Candidates will have the following:
* Microsoft Office, Word & Excel abilities
* Good knowledge of repairs and maintenance sector or trade-based background
