Civil Litigation Fee Earner - Plymouth - 5+ Years PQE
Location: Plymouth
Type of Role: Permanent or Locum, Full-time

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation and personal injury matters, including:
* Fast-track, intermediate, and multi-track claims
* General civil disputes across a range of sectors
* Personal injury claims
* Liaising with clients, counsel, and other professionals
* Supporting the marketing and development of the department
* Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload in civil litigation and personal injury matters
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:
* 5+ years PQE in civil litigation
* Strong technical and case management skills
* Excellent communication and client care abilities
* Confidence in handling matters independently
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
* Familiarity with legal IT systems and Microsoft Office
* Willingness to contribute to business development
