We are looking for an individual to be involved in a major and exciting project to implement a new computer system within Children’s Services.
The key aspects of the role will include:
* Setting up and maintaining the system
* Leading acceptance testing
* Supporting users of the system
You will ideally have previous experience of working on computer systems and supporting staff in their effective use.You will also have the ability to understand, solve and explain computer related issues.
The post-holder will benefit from being part of a team but will also need the confidence to work on their own initiative.
What You Will Need
An NVQ Level 3 in business administration, ICT or information related subject or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Hybrid Working
Durham County Council currently operates a hybrid working policy where a model of 2 days in the workplace and 3 days at home/remote will apply.
