Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative
Senior Event Planner
to plan fine dining catered events throughout various venues in London including palaces, heritage sites and modern gallery venues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Planning:
Lead event planning include concept development/design, comprehensive and detailed event sheets and bespoke menu tastings.
* Client Liaison:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into bespoke event experiences.
* Venue Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, suppliers, and other partners, ensuring timely delivery of services.
* Budget Management:
Oversee client event budgets, maintaining the highest quality standards and upselling where possible.
* Creative Input:
Collaborate with the culinary team to design tailored catering experiences that match the event theme and client expectations.
* Post-Event Evaluation:
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Please note- although this is not an operational role, there will be some requirement to go onsite to oversee events from time to time.
Qualifications:
* Experience within event catering
* Industry knowledge of London venues
* Flexibility to work on events when required
