A major commercial vehicle trailer manufacturer and truck and body builders is looking for a Head of sales & Marketing to manage their field based sales team and alsodrive and grow the business contributing as an integral part of the senior business management team. Must have managed a sales team and also produced and managed company wide sales & marketing campaigns aiding in the financial growth of the company. Nice to have experience in the commercial vehicle, automotive, trailer, plan, agricultural or similar industry sector, but NOT essential.
ROLE: Head of Sales & Marketing LOCATION: Lincolnshire BASIC SALARY: £60k BENEFITS: Car allowance or company car, pension. BONUS: Two bonus' one based on the performance of the sales team, the other an annual bonus based upon performance.
