“This role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services
You will be required to perform Remarketing administration responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner. Must be prepared to take ownership or escalate queries, delivering high quality and consistent service both internally and externally, within an acceptable timescale. Through your work, you will provide the highest possible level of commitment and service consistent with the quality procedures for this position.
* To be an integral part of the End of Contract processes within KINTO
* Undertake the Weekly Stock Reconciliation ensuring all assets are accounted for.
* Undertake the Publishing of vehicles on Epyx.
* Undertake the regular fleet managed customers payments task, ensuring monies are paid and facilitating report publication to the customer.
* Undertake the production of end of contract damage recharge notifications, ensuring accuracy & facilitating revenue generation.
* Action customer requests for end of contract collection of assets, utilizing decision tree tool to ensure correct allocation of assets to remarketing channels.
* Utilise Epyx 1Link to manage inspection and collection requests.
* Assist in the day-to-day management of logistic suppliers.
* Assist in producing Driver Sales quotations, subsequent paperwork, and any resulting enquiries.
* Liaise with relevant departments and other necessary parties, including clients and re- marketing partners to ensure queries are resolved in an effective manner.
* Assist in the accurate and timely production of Remarketing reports and forecasts.
* The ability to cover all roles and support the team, ensuring we meet department targets and objectives
* Assist in the rollout and administration of any new processes arising from KINTO remarketing strategy (e.g. Project Encore), ensuring the best reallocation strategy for RV Risk Units eligible for secondary leasing.
