Distribution Performance Manager – 12‑Month FTC

Location: High Wycombe (HP11 2EE)

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office

IPC International, the procurement and supply chain partner supporting Subway Franchisees, is excited to offer an opportunity for a Distribution Performance Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract to join our Equipment and Services Supply Chain and Operations team.


About the Role

This is a key role in our Equipment and Services Supply Chain and Operations team, to oversee and enhance the performance of IPC International’s distribution centres (DCs) ensuring effective planning, coordination, and operational excellence in EMEA.

The role will also be responsible for designing and maintaining robust reporting solutions to monitor DC performance, support data‑driven decision‑making, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency across IPC’s network.


Key Responsibilities

You will be accountable for:
* Monitoring performance distribution centres with the management of inventory levels, to ensure orders met
* Timely resolution of issues and escalations
* Product set up and launch to market through distributor
* Store project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in full
