AAT Safety is a specialist company providing installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of lifting and safety equipment across the wind industry throughout the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive Work Planner / Co-ordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Operations Manager in planning and co-ordinating site works relating to installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of safety and work equipment in the wind industry.
* Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, including preparing quotations, scheduling work.
* Manage queries, handle incoming calls and emails, and ensure effective communication with clients.
* Allocate inspectors to jobs and ensure all necessary documentation is provided prior to commencement of works.
* Perform general office administration duties.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in a similar planning or co-ordination role, ideally within a service or inspection company (experience in the wind industry is advantageous but not essential).
* Strong geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.
* A proven team player with the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn.
