Overview
Working across departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Wellbeing & Lifestyle, Hospitality Assistants provide first-class service to help us deliver amazing experiences for our residents and go the extra mile. From exceptional dining experiences to a luxurious environment, Hospitality Assistants are responsible for the upkeep of non-clinical areas of the home.
Responsibilities
* Housekeeping: apply high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to residents' homes and communal living spaces to ensure they are spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. assist with the home laundry to keep residents' clothing and the home’s laundry clean.
* Food & Beverage: welcome residents, explain menu choices clearly, serve food from the kitchen, and keep the dining room spotlessly clean. reset tables, tidy work areas and prepare service areas for the next service.
* Organising and delivering individual and group activities; participating in key events throughout the year (e.g., summer fete). Support with activities arranged outside the home, such as shopping, attending GP appointments and outings.
You will work with a range of teams and contribute to a positive, engaging environment for residents.

Qualifications
In addition to strong communication skills, a working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is preferred, as well as cleaning experience in a similar environment and experience in food service.
