About the Site

We operate Guinness packaging facilities at Marshalls Road in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and Runcorn, in North West England, producing canned, bottled and kegged product for Ireland, UK and export markets.

The Belfast site, commissioned in 1983, spans approximately 12 acres and operates a production schedule that runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, excluding public holidays. It includes two canning lines for packaging, a tank farm for bulk receipt and dilution to sales gravity, as well as a warehousing and distribution system. The facility manages 130 SKUs, with 60% designated for domestic consumption and 40% for export, offering products ranging in size from 250ml to 568ml.

4. Provide outstanding leadership and coaching to your team, building capability, accountability and a culture of high performance.

5. Actively spend time on the shop floor, role modelling problem-solving, systemic root cause analysis and breakthrough thinking.

6. Manage budgets, resources and capital planning to align with site and company strategy.

7. Build strong cross-functional relationships with Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence, and other key partners to deliver site ambitions.
