Learning Support Assistant- FRODSHAM ASAP START
We arre looking for a full-time LSA to start ina specilaist school immediatey. This is a school for students with Autism, complex learning, communication and sensory integration needs and offers education provision from the age of 7 to 19 for up to forty pupils.

About the Role
As an LSA, you will:
1. Support pupils with a range of complex needs in the classroom and during wider school activities.
2. Assist with personal care and mobility where required.
3. Work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement individual learning plans.
4. Promote independence, communication, and wellbeing for all pupils.
What We’re Looking For
5. Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential).
6. A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
7. Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance.
8. Commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing environment.
