Parts Advisor
Location: Poole
Salary: up to £29,524 basic + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:30pm, Saturdays mornings on a rota.

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our client’s successful and expanding team in Poole. Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
Locate and supply parts and accessories from stock or by placing orders with suppliers
Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records
Ensure the parts department is well organised and clean at all times
Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
Regularly update the parts database with new stock and pricing
Deliver excellent customer service at all timesCandidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role in the motor trade is preferred
Main Dealer experience is desirable but not essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Full UK driving licence is essential
