Property Coordinator

We are looking for a Property Coordinator to join our Property Services team, supporting the smooth running of estates and facilities activity across our portfolio. This role is central to ensuring maintenance issues are handled efficiently, contractors are coordinated effectively, and site teams receive timely updates and support.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering high levels of service and organisation.
The Role
As Property Coordinator, you will act as a key first point of contact for sites, managing facilities requests and coordinating maintenance activities from initial logging through to completion.
