Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring service excellence, productivity, and compliance. Drive operational strategy, performance improvement, and cost efficiency. Build and develop a high-performing leadership team with a strong focus on engagement and accountability. Manage site-level financial performance, budgets, and forecasting. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About You Proven senior operations leader within logistics, supply chain, contract logistics. Strong commercial and P&L experience. Excellent people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma desirable).
