Job Summary
We at the East Enhanced Team (EET) are looking for a new administration Officer. The post is based at Lundwood Health Centre. The successful candidate will provide administration support to the MDT at the East Team and also the Barnsley Clozapine Clinic. The role is based with the East Enhanced Team and is part of the wider administration team; at times there may be general administrative duties with some face-to-face interactions with service users, visitors and other clinical staff at Lundwood Health Centre. We are a family-friendly team with opening hours 8.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on weekends. The post holder will predominantly work Monday to Friday 9-5, but flexibility and a healthy work-life balance is promoted in the team. Main duties of the job
* To provide administrative support to the full MDT.
* Improve and support inputting of data.
* Take accurate information from service users and carers and others on the phone and ensure information is passed to the relevant person (e.g., care co / duty worker).
* Update relevant team documents/risk assessments as directed by the Team Manager (e.g., Business Continuity Plan).
* Assist colleagues in completing audits.
* Support E-rostering and team diary.
* Take accurate minutes and upload to SystmOne where required.
* Complete all relevant admin duties external to the team (e.g., support to other teams if required) and undertake reception duties as directed.
* To provide admin support to the Clozaril service.

Job Summary
The Post-holder, under the supervision/direction of the Line Manager/Administrative Supervisor, within a delegated framework for agreed tasks and seeking support as necessary, will provide a comprehensive, confidential, clerical/administrative service to clinical/support services in an efficient and confidential manner. They will work within established policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines, and act within the required sphere of competence. They will demonstrate sound knowledge of the service to contribute to decision-making and may work in clinical environments where conflict resolution may be required. They will act as the principal point of contact for service users and other stakeholders, work flexibly to meet service needs, and develop and maintain positive relationships. They will prioritise tasks with independence, initiative and judgement, assess situations, resolve potential problems within their competence, and refer issues outside their level to the Line Manager. They will ensure service delivery adheres to policies and maintain confidentiality while treating users with respect and dignity.
