Overview: We’re looking for skilled Multi-Trade Operatives to work on internal refurbishments of social housing properties. This includes kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, flooring, minor tiling, plastering, and general maintenance. Key Responsibilities: * Joinery tasks (e.g. hanging doors, installing windows, etc.). * Basic plumbing repairs and installations. * Flooring, tiling, plastering, and minor property works. * Full kitchen and bathroom refits. * Ensure properties are ready for re-letting, working to high standards. Requirements: * Proven experience in multi-trade roles, with a focus on joinery and plumbing. * Ability to complete a range of trades, including carpentry, tiling, and basic plumbing. * Previous experience with void properties is a plus. * Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. * Own tools and PPE preferred (can be discussed). * Full driving license is desirable.
