Next Chapter Talent is working with a respected and fast-growing Facilities Maintenance provider to find a dependable and multi-skilled Multi-Trade Engineer to join their dynamic team. You’ll be working across a diverse range of commercial sites throughout London and the South East, where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties
* Completing a wide variety of fabric and handyman tasks, including:
* Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
* Painting, decorating, and general refurbishment
* Carpentry, flooring, and door repairs
* Office moves and manual handling (e.g. furniture adjustments)
* Using a smartphone/tablet system to manage and log your jobs
* Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients
* Always delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who is:
* Practical, reliable, and takes pride in their work
* Experienced in general building or facilities maintenance (ideally across multiple trades)
* Confident working on their own and solving problems on the spot
* Organised, with good communication and time-management skills
* Comfortable using a mobile job system (training can be provided)
* Holding a full, clean UK driving licence
It’s a bonus if you have:
* Experience with RAMS, COSHH or other Health & Safety protocols
* Relevant trade certifications or NVQs (not essential)
