Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
4. Develop and execute account-specific business plans with the Field Sales Manager, setting targets and tracking performance against agreed KPIs.
5. Prospect, qualify and win new key accounts;maintainan accurateSalesforce pipeline,forecastsand regular progress reporting.
6. Lead commercial negotiations and convert opportunities into JBPs with clearobjectives, metrics,governanceand adherence tracking.
7. Ensure deal profitability through margin,pricingand scenario analysis;identifygaps, escalaterisksand implement corrective actions to protect performance.
8. Partner with state account teams and internal functions (marketing, supply chain, NPD, finance) to deliver tailored product,serviceand commercial solutions.
9. Drive regional growth and business development by securing anchor customers/reference sites to support NPD launches and channel expansion.
10. Plan and deliver high-impact in-market activities (trade shows, demos, activations) to build loyalty, generatedemandand accelerate sales.
11. Provide leadership withtimely, data-backed market/customer insights and actionable recommendations, including market intelligence and pricing/NPD updates.
About you:
12. Entrepreneurial mindset withstrongdrive toidentify, pursue and close sales opportunities.
13. High commercial and sales acumen, includingstrongunderstanding of profitability and value-based selling.
14. Proven background in Foodservice and/or FMCG environments.
15. Solid key account management capability, including relationship building and account planning.
16. Strong negotiation skills with professional, clear stakeholder communication.
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capability for analysis and reporting.
18. Working knowledge of CRM tools and disciplined pipeline/customer data management.
19. Bachelor’s degree (or higher diploma) with strong FMCG sales experience at state/account management level.
20. Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand–with full working rights
