Welcome to the Esposito's Family
At Esposito's, hospitality is much more than food and drink - it's warmth, pride, comfort, community and belonging. We are a growing independent family business with multiple café locations, and when you join us, you don't just start a job - you become part of a family that includes your teammates, loyal regulars, and the wider communities we proudly serve.
We are building something special: a people‑first, uplifting, supportive culture where kindness, standards and teamwork come before ego, gossip or blame. We celebrate small wins, lift each other up, and believe that great hospitality starts with how we treat our own team.
About This Leadership Role
This role is part of our new three‑person Shared Leadership Team. Instead of one manager carrying the pressure, or supervisors feeling undervalued, this structure allows shared accountability, shared development and shared success. Each Leader will be trained across every operational and leadership area, ensuring consistency, confidence and excellence.

* Inspire and support the team through leading by example

* Stock management, ordering and minimising waste
* Support training of team members using step‑by‑step development
* Handle customer feedback with a solutions‑focused attitude
* Maintain exceptional café cleanliness and presentation standards
* Open and close the premises responsibly, including key‑holding duties
* Uphold and protect company values, standards and culture
* Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly performance targets.
* Support recruitment activities as needed, including participating in candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
* Assist with onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a smooth integration into the business.
* Work across multiple sites as required, providing operational support and maintaining consistent service standards.
Who We're Looking For
* Kind, friendly, patient and positive in nature
* Proud to work in hospitality and create memorable experiences
* Calm and confident in a busy, fast‑moving café environment
* A natural encourager who can lift, motivate and support others
* Reliable, trustworthy and committed to personal growth
