Job Title: Reward PartnerDepartment: Reward & BenefitsLocation: Rushmere, Northern IrelandReports to: Head of Reward & BenefitsRole PurposeThis role is pivotal in shaping and delivering a competitive, compliant, and engaging reward proposition across the organisation. The Reward Partner ensures strong internal (SOX) and external governance while driving continuous improvement in reward frameworks.This is a hands-on role suited to a forward-thinking reward professional who wants to take ownership of the reward agenda and make a tangible business impact. The role partners closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and senior business leaders to design and deliver reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.Key ResponsibilitiesReward Strategy & AdvisoryProvide expert, data-driven advice on compensation and reward policies to senior stakeholders and HR leadershipSupport the development and execution of the organisation's reward strategy aligned to business objectivesEnsure fair, equitable, and consistent pay decisions across the organisationCore Reward CyclesLead the end-to-end delivery of:Annual Salary Review (ASR)Bonus cyclesManage system configuration (e.g. compensation modules), governance, and communicationsBenchmarking & Job ArchitectureDeliver robust salary benchmarking and market analysis (FMCG/manufacturing sectors)Maintain and improve job architecture and levelling frameworksEnsure external competitiveness and internal equityProjects & TransformationLead key reward projects (e.g. pension consolidation, job architecture implementation)Contribute to HR transformation programmes and cross-functional initiativesGovernance & ComplianceMaintain full compliance with:Reward-related legislation (e.g. equal pay)Internal SOX controlsExternal audit requirementsOwn reward governance, ensuring audit readiness, accuracy, and policy adherenceDevelop and maintain reward policies and procedures aligned to best practiceData, Reporting & InsightsAnalyse reward data to generate actionable insightsProduce reporting including:Pay trends and KPIsBonus accrualsCost modelling and forecastingExecutive dashboards and board-level packsSupport budgeting and financial planning for reward and benefitsStakeholder & Operational DeliveryPartner closely with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of all reward elements (including pensions)Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality service aligned to SLAsHandle sensitive data with strict confidentiality and professionalismPeople LeadershipLine manage and develop the Reward AdvisorDrive capability building and team performanceKey DeliverablesAnnual Salary Review and Bonus Cycle deliveryPension governance and consolidation project outcomesJob levelling framework implementationSalary benchmarking and market insightsMonthly bonus accrual reportingReward policy development and updatesBonus communication and executionSkills & ExperienceEssentialStrong understanding of compensation, benefits, and reward structuresKnowledge of employment legislation and pay governanceExperience delivering annual pay reviews and bonus cyclesStrong analytical capability with advanced Excel skillsAbility to translate complex data into clear insightsExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong communication and presentation skillsHigh level of discretion and professionalismDesirableExperience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors or similar)Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-site environmentsExperience in pension administration (UK/ROI)Proven experience with:Benchmarking and market analysisJob architecture frameworksReward transformation projectsQualificationsCIPD Level 5 or 7 in HR/Reward (Desirable)Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related discipline (Desirable)5+ years' experience in reward, HR, or a related fieldAdditional RequirementsCommercially minded with strong business acumenSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyStrong team collaboration skillsFull UK driving licenceThe companyPilgrim's Europe produces some of the best-known and most iconic brands in the UK and Ireland, including Fridge Raiders, Rollover, Denny, Richmond, Oakhouse and Moy Park, alongside a diverse range of industry leading own-label products in categories including fresh pork, lamb and chicken, working with all the major retailers and food service outlets.Our portfolio extends to authentic chilled and frozen ready meals, snacking ranges, added value and food service products.Across Pilgrim's Europe we combine 20,000 of the best people in the industry, united by a shared set of core values and a passion for producing the highest quality, most delicious and innovative food, which is enjoyed by millions of people in the UK, Ireland and Europe every day.
