As a Databricks Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a high-impact strategic partnership with Databricks. You will drive joint go-to-market initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, delivery), and act as the primary interface between our firm and the Databricks partnership team across EMEA.
This is a key role for a commercially minded, technically conversant, and partnership-savvy professional who can align business value with technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Partnership Strategy: Own and evolve the strategic partnership with Databricks, ensuring alignment with company growth goals and Databricks’ partner strategy.
* Go-To-Market Execution: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop joint value propositions, campaigns, and demand generation initiatives.
* Pipeline Development: Work with sales teams to identify and qualify co-sell opportunities with Databricks; assist in joint account planning and territory mapping.
* Partner Enablement: Coordinate internal training and certification programs to maintain a high level of Databricks capability across delivery teams.
* Relationship Management: Act as the day-to-day contact for Databricks alliance managers, solution architects, and partner marketing teams.
* Performance Tracking: Own KPIs related to partnership-sourced revenue, certifications, solution development, and marketing engagement.
* Solution Development: Support the creation of Databricks-aligned accelerators, reference architectures, and industry solutions.
