We're recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing business that is investing heavily in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management across its international operations.
This is an opportunity to join a growing Dynamics team where you'll have genuine influence over the future direction of the platform. The business is specifically looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas from a Microsoft Partner or consultancy background and help drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and ways of working.
You'll be joining a collaborative Dynamics team of six, reporting directly to the Dynamics Solution Architect and working closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology.
What you'll be doing
* Gathering and analysing business requirements
* Designing and improving Dynamics 365 Finance solutions
* Working on the ongoing rollout and enhancement of D365 F&SCM
* Leading workshops with finance stakeholders
* Creating functional specifications and test scripts
* Supporting UAT and project delivery activities
* Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system usage
* Working with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
What we're looking for
* 5+ years' experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
* Strong knowledge of Finance modules including:
* General Ledger
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Fixed Assets
* Cash & Bank Management
* Project Accounting
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience gathering requirements and producing functional documentation
* Experience working within manufacturing or complex operational environments
Highly Desirable
* Microsoft Partner or consultancy background
* Experience delivering D365 Finance implementations
* Ability to challenge existing processes and recommend improvements
* Exposure to Business Intelligence, reporting, or data governance
* CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
