Overview
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work alongside the F&B Management team to support the team and lead by example by delivering friendly, professional, and memorable service to all our guests. You will inspire the team with clarity and confidence, ensuring the department is prepared and organised whilst also assisting the Managers with ensuring all guests are happy and receiving the best possible service.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of 10+ team members with strong leadership and clear communication.
* Provide professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated service to guests, maintaining high standards.
* Communicate effectively in English, building relationships with the hotel team and guests.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude and enjoy the buzz of being busy.
* Have previous restaurant experience at supervisory level, ideally within a fine dining environment.
