We’re looking for a Supply Chain manager to take ownership of end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics operations, supporting the production of key projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in delivering innovative technology around the world.
Your role at ONI:
* Develop and implement strategies for managing and optimising all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, production, logistics, and distribution
* Identify, validate and onboard external suppliers and vendors, and negotiate Master Supply Agreements
* Manage relationships with external vendors globally, including hardware, biological/chemical research products
* Ensure resilience and redundancy is built into supply chain for individual and bulk components to mitigate risks of disruption to both incoming supplies and outgoing products
* Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
* Manage and lead the Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Logistics teams in UK and US, including setting goals and objectives, providing training and development opportunities, and managing performance
* Optimise ERP system and regularly train Supply Chain team on best practices for existing and newly implemented processes
* Support the fulfilment of sales orders made via e-commerce system through effective stock management
