3. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
4. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
5. Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
6. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts regularly.
7. Support financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
8. Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
9. Oversee financial policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
10. Provide financial insights to support organisational decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bookkeeper / Finance Manager should have:
11. A strong background in accounting or finance.
12. Experience working in or understanding of the not-for-profit sector.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.
14. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
15. Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
16. Knowledge of payroll and financial regulations.
