Working from their site on the outskirts of Swansea, this company is looking for a confident and capable finance assistant to support their accounting team. With free onsite parking and a generous holiday allowance, this is a lovely place to work! This is 100% office based.
Your day-to-day duties will take in a full range of financial administration and, as such, you will need to be organised, capable of managing multiple workloads and happy with high volumes.
Duties will include:
1. Accounts Payable:
Supplier statement reconciliations
Entering invoices into SAP
Checking and verifying invoices
2. Accounts Receivable:
Maintaining customer accounts
Generating invoices
Taking customer payments
Credit control
3. Assisting with import and export documents and paperwork.
4. General filing administration and some reception duties.
You will need to have really good exposure to computerised data entry, experience of reconciliation, and, hopefully, some experience of working in a finance team.
This company is open to the prospect of taking on a new team member full-time as there are lots of areas of administration where your skills will be used, but they are also interested in speaking to people that are looking for part-time hours across a 5-day week, or even 3 or 4 days work on a part-time basis!
