 1. Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for interiors projects.
 2. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
 3. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication.
 4. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all construction regulations.
 5. Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, effectively.
 6. Inspect work progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
 7. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
 8. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

 10. Strong leadership and team management skills.
 11. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
 12. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 13. Effective communication and organizational skills.
 14. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
