We’re seeking a dedicated practitioner to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based support for young people and their families affected by substance misuse. This role involves carrying a complex caseload, providing specialist assessments, care planning, and psychosocial interventions. You’ll work closely with local youth services and multi-agency partners to improve family dynamics, resilience, and communication. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver individual and group interventions addressing substance misuse. * Support clinical interventions such as prescribing and health screenings where required. * Engage families using a whole-family approach to tackle parental substance misuse. * Facilitate positive outcomes through tailored care plans and risk management. * Collaborate with partner agencies, ensuring safeguarding and child protection protocols are followed. * Promote and lead community outreach and educational campaigns.
