We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our London office on a full-time basis. You'll be managing a wide range of transactions and advisory work, often with high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle all aspects of commercial property transactions
* Draft, review and negotiate leases, contracts, and agreements
* Conduct due diligence for property sales and acquisitions
* Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including licences to assign, underlet, and alter
* Manage new lease agreements for both landlords and tenants
* Act for borrowers and lenders on purchases, refinances, and loans
* Provide guidance on Section 106 agreements and VAT-elected property

The Person
* A qualified solicitor with a valid UK practising certificate
* At least 5 years' PQE in commercial property law
* Confident managing files independently, including billing and land registry tasks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
