The role
London has 300 venues, arenas, and transport hubs. Thousands of people leaving all at once, all needing a ride. No driver. No problem — if the operations are built right. That's where you come in.
We're hiring a City Operations Manager for one of the most ambitious urban mobility deployments the UK has seen. Startup pace. Real ownership. World-class backing.
What's in it for you
- Annual Salary of up to £114,000 doe
- 6-month contract - inside IR35, PAYE - paid weekly via PrincipleHR
- Hybrid — 3 days onsite (Flexible on days) central London
What you'll be doing
- Mapping 300+ venues across London — finding the best pickup and drop-off points
- Fleet and demand positioning across the city
- Stakeholder management with TfL, borough councils, and community groups
- Translating field observations into product and engineering requirements
- Event operations planning — arenas, stadiums, major venues
- Programme management across cross-functional teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years in city operations, demand management, or urban mobility
- London market knowledge — or a strong European city equivalent
- Confident with regulators, councils, and public sector stakeholders
- Comfortable bridging street-level reality and technical requirements
- Data-literate — Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Field-based and mobile — this isn't a desk job
Uber, Bolt, Lime, TfL, or high-growth mobility background? We'd love to hear from you.
