Join to apply for the Supported Living Service Manager role at TipTopJob. This is a full-time Registered Manager position responsible for providing supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations across Staffordshire, Dudley, Wolverhampton and Cannock. The successful candidate will be based in the main office in Dudley.
Salary: GBP 43,000 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week, days).

Responsibilities
* Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs
* Lead and inspire the team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care
* Deliver best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service
* Manage people and processes effectively to support service success
Qualifications and Skills
* Must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care
* Commitment to delivering high quality care
* Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
* Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Flexible and proactive with a can-do attitude
* Own transport is essential due to travel between sites
* Willing to register with CQC
