I’m working for a leading law firm, on an exclusive basis, who are seeking a Client Development Manager to join its dynamic Business Development team, focusing on its high-profile Financial Services (FS) clients. This is a true client development and account management role — not just internal coordination — offering the opportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders and make a tangible impact on client growth and retention.
Key responsibilities will include:
 * Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key FS clients across the firm’s global network.
 * Partner with Relationship Partners and client teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
 * Be the driving force behind client intelligence sharing, market insight generation, and cross-sector opportunity spotting.
 * Lead initiatives that bring the full breadth of the firm’s expertise to clients, ensuring relevance, value, and long-term partnership.
 * Collaborate with BD colleagues to create client-centric campaigns and propositions that respond to market developments.
 * Champion best practice in relationship development, working with central teams to refine tools, processes, and systems.

 * Proven experience in client relationship management or business development within a legal or professional services environment.
 * A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a track record of driving revenue growth.
