About the role
The Shopper Marketing Executive plays a vital role in inspiring more shoppers to choose our brands across multiple purchase occasions. Working closely with the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, this position implements shopper marketing strategies that bring our vision to life across designated customers and channels. The role spans both Soft Drinks and Beer portfolios, requiring creative and commercial acumen to develop exciting activation plans that attract new shoppers, encourage repeat purchases, build category value, and enhance brand equity.
Role Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of shopper marketing strategies aligned with the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan priorities for key customers
* Develop and maintain rolling 1‑year shopper marketing activation plans for assigned brands within designated customers/channels
* Execute brand activation campaigns with clear objectives, tactics, KPIs, funding structures, and evaluation reviews
* Create compelling sales toolkit content to share best practices across teams and drive point‑of‑purchase transformation
* Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of shopper marketing initiatives
* Track performance of shopper marketing activities through robust evaluation methods, identifying risks and opportunities
* Manage designated budgets and media investments with customers effectively
* Collaborate on trade communications strategy development when relevant, including trade events and press
Experience and Key Attributes
* Demonstrated understanding of Shopper Marketing principles and experience delivering commercially grounded creative marketing activities in retail/wholesale environments
* Strong project management capabilities with excellent attention to detail
* Commercial acumen and category understanding to drive meaningful business results
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across internal teams and with customers
* Experience in budget management and performance tracking
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and influence diverse stakeholders
* Experience working with customers across different channels in a consumer‑led organization is advantageous
