What you will do: Deliver targeted social work support to individuals experiencing or at risk of rough sleeping. Manage complex cases with a strong focus on safeguarding and risk reduction. Conduct safeguarding enquiries and maintain high standards of accurate and timely record-keeping. Utilise strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage demanding caseloads effectively. Strengthen multi-agency partnerships to support holistic and person-centred care plans. Essential Requirements: Proven experience within Adult Social Care, particularly in complex case management. Demonstrable safeguarding experience with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in ICT systems including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
