Our Housekeeping teams across the Estate have one main thing in common…. An unbelievable attention to detail. Our motto is most certainly quality not quantity as we want to ensure that when a guest arrives in their room everything is perfect. Our Room Attendants meticulously service our rooms on a daily basis to ensure that our standards are met. As no room on the Estate is the same as another, this is a role that will continuously keep you on your toes. As an addition to our Room Attendants, we have a Turndown Team who get the guest rooms ready for them in the evening, ensuring that our guests can get the best nights sleep. The whole team is then supported by our Linen Porters who are there to make sure that all of our Linen (we get through quite a bit) is clean, ironed and ready for our amazing rooms.
