As part of the globally recognised SFA Group, we have been at the forefront of the plumbing industry for over 60 years, delivering innovative, reliable, and easy-to-install solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.</p><p>Our commitment to quality and service has made us the trusted choice for installers, merchants, and specifiers across the UK and worldwide.</p><p>We are now seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Area Sales Manager to take ownership of our Midlands and Wales region (covering West Midlands, East Midlands, North Wales, South Wales and surrounding counties) and play a key role in driving the continued growth of the Saniflo brand.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>This is an exciting field-based sales opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to inherit a well-established territory with strong existing customer relationships among merchants and installers, while capitalising on significant growth potential through new business development, specification sales, and project opportunities.</p><p>Backed by a trusted market-leading brand, a loyal customer base, and innovative products that solve real customer challenges, this role offers an excellent platform for a commercially driven sales professional to make a significant impact.</p><p>You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing key customers, including plumbing and heating merchants, installers, contractors, housing associations and specification influencers.</p><p>Success in this role requires a proactive and consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-based solutions that help customers succeed.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drive profitable sales growth through new business development and account management.</li><li>Create demand and secure project specifications across your territory.</li><li>Build and develop strong relationships with merchants, installers, contractors, and key decision-makers.</li><li>Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.</li><li>Develop and execute structured call plans and project pipelines, maintaining accurate CRM records and driving sustainable sales growth across the region.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records, activity logs, and project updates within the company CRM system.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and project support to customers.</li><li>Monitor market trends, sharing insights to support business growth.</li><li>Act as a passionate ambassador for the Saniflo brand.</li></ul><h3>What We Are Looking For</h3><ul><li>Proven success in a field-based sales or account management role.</li><li>Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.</li><li>A self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual with a commercially focused mindset.</li><li>Ability to manage a diverse customer base and identify new opportunities.</li><li>Experience within the plumbing, merchant, building products, construction, heating, pumps, drainage, or related sectors would be advantageous.</li><li>A consultative approach to selling with the confidence to provide product and project support.</li><li>Competent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems, sufficient to manage reporting, project tracking and customer records.</li><li>The successful candidate will be a resilient, driven, and relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys spending time in front of customers and identifying opportunities to grow market share.</li></ul><p>Join a market-leading brand with a reputation for innovation, quality, and customer service.
