Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are balanced. Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports. Liaise with clients to resolve any financial queries or discrepancies. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Support the preparation of year-end accounting and audits as needed. Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with relevant financial regulations. Experience Required: 5 Years practice experience 3 Years Xero experience Microsoft proficient This job is office based at our perfectly formed location in Rutherglen, G73 2LD.
