We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Lawyer with a can do approach to provide legal advice and support on all aspects of special educational needs, to include but not limited to decision making, policy and procedure. This is a remote role, working Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00 each day. You will need: To have good technical knowledge Experience in special educational needs and be able to manage a varied caseload of SEND Tribunal appeals, including advocacy in case management hearings and final hearings in the First Tier SEND Tribunal, with minimum supervision. To be organised and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision while still being a valuable team player Excellent communication skills to enable strong relationships with clients ADZN1_UKTJ
