Vision for Education are working closely with a fantastic SEND school to recruit a long term KS2 SEND Teacher with a potential to go permanent. This is a full time post and beginning in September 2025. About the role You will be working within a class of 8 students who are working at Early Years Level. The pupils in this class are non-verbal and Autistic so benefit from a therapeutic learning environment. The successful candidate will hold QTS and ideally experience within SEND, or simply just a passion for helping others! This is a highly successful SEND school that caters for pupils aged 3-19. All pupils have EHCPs and a range of different needs. All staff ensure they go above and beyond to ensure the support and progress of all pupils. What We’re Looking For Adaptability & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs. Behaviour Management: Proven skills in effectively managing student behaviour. Experience in SEND: Prior experience working in a SEND environment is essential. Passion & Dedication: A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on young lives. Compliance: Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check. *All staff undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks and must hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
